One of Alfa Laval’s major new launches is coming to FoodTech – discover EnSaLine with iversen trading

When FoodTech 2026 opens its doors in Herning, we at iversen trading will be bringing one of Alfa Laval’s major new product launches to our stand: EnSaLine – a new generation of agitators designed to reduce service time, improve safety, lower energy consumption and maximise uptime.
What makes EnSaLine particularly interesting is that Alfa Laval has not simply focused on improving mixing performance. The entire design has been rethought around some of the challenges that operators and maintenance teams face every day.
At FoodTech, you will have the opportunity to see EnSaLine up close and talk to both iversen trading and Alfa Laval specialists about what the new technology could mean for your process.
Service in approximately 30 minutes – without entering the tank
One of the major innovations of EnSaLine is its service-friendly design.
Bearings and seals are integrated into a replaceable cartridge that can be serviced from outside the tank. This means that one technician can carry out maintenance in approximately 30 minutes – without having to enter the tank.
For companies where an agitator is a critical part of production, this can make a significant difference. Shorter service time means less downtime, while external maintenance also reduces the need for work inside the tank.
Up to 80% lower energy consumption
EnSaLine features Alfa Laval’s new EnSaFoil impellers, designed to provide efficient mixing with significantly lower energy consumption.
Depending on the application, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 80% compared with conventional solutions.
This makes EnSaLine relevant not only for new process installations, but also for companies looking to reduce energy consumption in existing production facilities.
What about the agitator already installed in your tank?
This is perhaps one of the questions we are most looking forward to discussing with visitors at FoodTech.
EnSaLine is not only relevant when designing a completely new process installation. It has been developed so that, in many cases, it can replace existing agitators – including equipment from other manufacturers.
This can provide an opportunity to upgrade an existing installation and achieve shorter service times, improved energy efficiency and greater reliability without necessarily having to rebuild the entire tank installation.
If you have an older agitator that requires extensive maintenance, consumes more energy than necessary or causes lengthy production stops during service, it may be worth discussing the possibilities with us.
Intelligent monitoring and planned maintenance
EnSaLine is also designed for modern process environments where data and condition monitoring are becoming an increasingly important part of maintenance.
Intelligent monitoring makes it possible to keep track of the agitator’s condition and plan maintenance before a developing issue results in unexpected production downtime.
Ultimately, it supports the same objective as the rest of the EnSaLine design: keeping production running as efficiently and safely as possible.

Drawings and technical data can only tell part of the story.
That is why we are bringing EnSaLine to FoodTech.
At our stand, you can take a closer look at the design, learn more about the new service concept and discuss mixing, energy consumption, maintenance and uptime with specialists who work with process equipment every day.
As an authorised Alfa Laval partner in Jutland and Funen, iversen trading provides technical advice and solutions involving Alfa Laval pumps, valves, agitators and mixing equipment, tank equipment, heat exchangers and other equipment for hygienic process installations.
Alfa Laval specialists will also be present at our stand during FoodTech, giving you the opportunity to discuss both EnSaLine and other Alfa Laval solutions directly with the manufacturer and your local partner in one place.
Already have an agitator? Bring us the challenge
You do not need to be planning a completely new installation to come and talk to us at FoodTech.
If you have an existing agitator where service takes too long, energy consumption is high or downtime has become a challenge, come by our stand and tell us about your installation.
Bring along information about your existing agitator or application if you have it. We will be happy to discuss whether EnSaLine could be a relevant alternative.
We look forward to presenting EnSaLine at FoodTech 2026 in Herning – and, most importantly, to discussing what this new technology can do in real production environments.
