Weldplast 200i or 600i are extruder modules that can be mounted on a robot or production line.
With the 200i, an extruded output of 2 kg can be expected and, correspondingly, with the 600i, an extruded output of 6 kg can be expected.
Drive motor and the communication components in both extruder modules, which can be freely selected from
user, can be fully tailored to meet individual needs.
By building in additional sensors, the process can
checked and monitored as necessary.
The air heating module is one of LEISTER's standard air heaters, which must be supplied with air with any compressed air.
Like the other components, the air heater process can be monitored.
