At their facility in Vejle, Lantmännen Cerealia handles the packing and distribution of flour and oat bags. To meet growing demand and improve workflow, they partnered with Q-System to implement a fully automated solution.

The solution in brief:
- A custom conveyor setup combined with eight robotic cells manages the entire process – from individual bags entering the line to fully stacked pallets ready for shipment.
- Pallets are transported efficiently via elevators, bridges, and transfer cars to maintain continuous operations.
- Empty pallets are automatically returned to the production area through a closed-loop system, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.
