M Seals A/S is an international trading and manufacturing company specializing in the sale of sealing systems made from rubber and PTFE. We offer both standard products and customized solutions, developed in close collaboration with our customers.
The majority of M Seals A/S products are manufactured by our global partners, with a smaller portion produced at our own facilities in Helsingør and in Sheffield.
We are continuously expanding and currently operate from a 7,000 m² state-of-the-art office, laboratory, production, and warehouse facility in Helsingør. M Seals A/S has subsidiaries in Sweden, the UK, China, and Poland and is part of the international Diploma Plc group (FTSE 100), which includes sealing companies worldwide. This global affiliation has opened new opportunities for M Seals A/S, enabling fruitful collaborations with sister companies around the world within the group.

As per 1. juli 2025 as part of a strategic expansion in the Nordic region, Haagensen—specialized in sealing and technical solutions in rubber, PTFE, and fiber materials—is now part of the M Seals Group under Diploma PLC.

The acquisition strengthens M Seals’ production capacity and technical expertise, providing customers with access to a broader product range, larger inventory, and enhanced technical support.

Haagensen’s employees and competencies will be retained, while the brand will gradually be integrated into M Seals’ structure.
