After experiencing capacity constraints and recruitment challenges during a period of growth, Fasterholt launched a Lean initiative and moved the production of their pump unit to SinoScan.
SinoScan managed the entire process — from engineering and prototyping to production and final assembly on Fasterholt’s production line. Custom assembly and production lines were set up, strength calculations and quality control were implemented, and all components were inspected for defects and tolerances before delivery.
The result? Fasterholt increased production capacity, ensured stable deliveries and high quality in line with their Lean strategy — all while reducing costs.
