AAG DELIVERS CUSTOMISED SOLUTION TO SHIP

AAG has delivered four moulded rubber blocks for one of our marine customers. The blocks are made of polyurethane (PUR) and each block weighs 48 kg. Each block is unique and made with holes for easier assembly.
To create the right solution we visited the customer. Here we got a closer look at the customer's wishes and needs and took measurements for the blocks. Shortly afterwards, our design and construction team were ready with the drawings of the specially designed items, afterwards the products were produced and delivered to the customer.
As you can see in the pictures, the rubber blocks have been made so the boat can stand firmly and securely on them. The blocks are made of a durable and hard-wearing material and are intended to protect the boat from possible damage. The blocks also ensure that there is no damage to people or other equipment.
Each block has a unique design to create the right support and protection for the boat. The customer was very pleased with the result and we were happy to see the blocks create value for the customer.
