SP Moulding is a leading Danish manufacturer of precision injection-moulded plastic components, supplying a wide range of industrial companies worldwide. We have modern production facilities in Denmark, located in Stoholm, Lynge, and Juelsminde, as well as in China, Poland, Slovakia, Finland, and the USA.

SP Moulding provides technical plastic solutions and actively participates in product development and research projects.
As part of SP Group, which also includes SP Meditec (medical device production and cleanroom facilities), we operate more than 550 injection-moulding machines, including over 40 two- and threecomponent
machines. Clamping forces range from 25 to 1600 tons.

SP Moulding holds a strong position in the Northern European market due to our size and expertise in injection moulding, design, product development, international sourcing of molds, raw materials, and subcomponents, as well as value-added services such as welding, laser engraving, printing, 3D printing, 3D scanning, final assembly, packaging, and shipping of finished products.

We offer injection moulding of both simple and complex components that can replace metal.
In addition, we provide various forms of postprocessing for the moulded parts, such as installing threaded inserts, surface printing, ultrasonic and laser welding, and final assembly of complete products.

We support you throughout the entire process -from initial design, advice on optimal component design and material selection, mould construction
and manufacturing, to the finished part - ensuring that the component meets your requirements and specifications.
