AddiThy
At AddiThy, we specialize in additive manufacturing and 3D printing of small series and custom plastic parts. We combine technological expertise with a sustainable approach, delivering everything from mounting brackets and electronics enclosures to customized interior elements made from recycled plastic.
With a build volume of up to 4.5 x 5 x 2.2 meters and access to technologies such as FFF, SLS, and FGF, we can realize complex and functional solutions quickly and efficiently.
We also assist with Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFAM) to optimize your products for 3D printing with a focus on functionality, quality, and cost-efficiency.
Our services include
• Production of plastic brackets, housings, and electronics enclosures
• Manufacturing of large-format custom interior elements, e.g., for exhibitions, retail, and public spaces
• Use of recycled plastic with a focus on sustainability
• Rapid prototyping and iterative design support
• Technologies: FFF, SLS, and FGF
• Short lead times and close customer collaboration
Based in Thy, Denmark, we are close to both idea and reality, helping companies develop, test, and produce exactly what they need.
Meet us
Tobias Ravnholt
Co-founder & Mechanical Engineer
As co-founder of AddiThy, I help companies harness the opportunities of additive manufacturing. I hold a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aarhus University in Herning and have experience in product development and technological solutions. At AddiThy, we primarily work with 3D printing in plastics, and I see great potential in how the technology can be used for both prototypes and product optimization. I also act as an extension of the office for companies wishing to integrate additive manufacturing into their production. Through consulting and practical solutions, I help find the right approach so that the technology creates real value in everyday operations.

Niklas Elowsson
Co-founder & AM-Specialist
My journey into additive manufacturing began through my work in process optimization, where I became increasingly interested in how new technologies can improve production and create better products. I have seen how additive manufacturing opens up opportunities that can transform the way we think about production. Together with Tobias, I co-founded AddiThy to share my passion and knowledge of this technology. We work to help companies optimize their production and develop products in new, more efficient ways. It’s about creating solutions that are both innovative and practical, and that can make a difference for companies looking to evolve.
