The machine tower is built over a strong, stable and robust steel construction, directly mounted on a base frame with complete covering to minimize the risk of pinching. The turntable is directly driven between the gear motor and the ball bearing. Lubrication is done over pipes that are easily accessible and maintenance-friendly. The rotating movement is controlled by a frequency converter, which allows for variable speed as well as soft start/stop.
The wrapper has a sustainable packaging with 40-60% less plastic consumption.
