Electronic Coil Controller Tester

arrow_backTo the overview

04 July 2023 | CCM Electronic Engineering Aps

The newly delivered CCM tester is designed for electronic coil controller programming test and function test. The test facility features two fixtures that can be operated separately by using their designated handheld scanners.

As an essential part of the quality control process, the new test machine allows multiple tests to be performed simultaneously. Two fixtures built on one test setup not only contribute to an economical cost, but also save space on the production line. With the satisfying performance of the following components in CCM tester, the new tester takes quality testing up a notch - faster and more efficient, with a processing time of 20 seconds.

· NI cDAQ
· ITECH programmable power supply
· LabVIEW
· Rittal cabinet
· SMC cylinders
· Ingun Test probes
· Allan-Brandley

The test sequences can be executed in several modes, including single, parallel, and multi-threading modes. These offer users more possibilities by freely switching from executing up to 4 identical/independent test sequences to executing 1 test sequence that can split into up to 4 parallel threads.

The program is a plugin-based system which makes it flexible and configurable. The plugin-based architecture makes it possible to easily add new functionality like custom reporting methods. By default, the system can make reports as either CSV files or to NI Systemlink server.
