Two networks, SESAM and the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance, are now entering into a strategic partnership that unites leading companies and their expertise from across Europe.

With the ambition to accelerate digitalization and sustainability in industry, this collaboration aims to bring together knowledge, experiences, and networks across sectors and national borders—for the benefit of member companies, partners, and the entire value chain.

The new partnership is based on a shared belief: that the strength of the industry lies in professional communities where knowledge, resources, and competencies are shared and developed.

Both networks actively work to promote open standards, digital transformation, and flexible adaptation within industrial value chains, while inspiring best practices and sector-wide implementation.

Under the slogan “The power of many,” SESAM and the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance will be joining forces at the HI trade fair in Herning, where they will present concrete solutions and experiences from member companies within digitalization and sustainability.

Christian Liedtke, Chairman of the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance, states:
