Precise and documented separation of production phase and cleaning phase
Novadan is now launching Nova Insight – an intelligent CIP Data Analysis and Optimization tool – which has been developed in cooperation with the company Au2mate. The system continuously surveys the CIP process on a number of parameters (eg. Temperature, conductivity, flow rate, pH and time) and collects and analyses the data. The results appear in the form of a warning and alarm system and are presented in user friendly reports, as well.
The warning and alarm system allows the user to act in time in case the setting of the CIP plant needs to be changed quickly, and the user friendly reports gives the customer the opportunity for an optimization of the CIP process on a long term basis.
With Nova Insight, the cleaning control is carried out automatically whereby the separation of the production phase and the cleaning phase is precise and documented and where effectivity, quality, environment- and climate parameters are optimized and the total cleaning costs (TOC) are reduced to a level where no compromises are made with the cleaning quality.
Nova Insight is therefore a recommended tool in case the dairy’s requirements for continuous improvement of consumption parameters (water, energy, chemicals and cleaning time), TOC and environmental- and climate targets are desired to provide a measurable and sustainable solution.
