EMJ Metāls is a sheet metal subcontracting company serving industrial customers across Europe.
For the civil industry, our core business is manufacturing customer-designed sheet metal parts. Additional operations, including welding, machining, wet painting and surface treatment, are available for selected projects upon customer request.
For the defence industry, we provide full manufacturing solutions ranging from sheet metal components to welded, painted and assembled structures manufactured from structural and ballistic steels, in compliance with demanding quality and documentation requirements.

Core manufacturing capabilities include 2D and 3D laser cutting (up to 12,000 mm), CNC bending (up to 8,000 mm / 1,000 t), plasma cutting with bevel cutting, drilling and threading, welding, wet painting, and large-scale CNC machining of welded structures (up to 14,000 × 3,000 × 2,500 mm, 20 t workpiece weight).
