SP Group is a Danish company primarily manufacturing molded plastic components. We are a leading supplier of plastic products to the manufacturing industry in Denmark and have significant export activities as well as production from our own factories abroad.

SP Group offers a wide range of technologies, including injection molding, blow molding, polyurethane, and vacuum forming. SP Group has subsidiaries in several countries, including Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Latvia, Slovakia, the USA, Canada, Brazil, and China.

Plastic and Composite Solutions: Created using one or more of the following technologies: Reaction injection molding (Polyurethane and Telene), vacuum forming, extrusion, injection molding, rotational molding, and blow molding – these are detailed below.

Polyurethane (PUR): Manufactures molded products in solid, foamed, flexible, and light-foamed PUR for a range of industries, including the cleantech industry. This also includes ventilation equipment, ergonomic mats, and striping products.

Vacuum and Extrusion: Produces via traditional vacuum forming, high-pressure, and twinsheet thermoformed plastic items for use in, among others, refrigerators and freezers, cars, buses, and other rolling stock (automotive), cleantech, and medical industries.

Injection Molding: Produces injection-molded precision components in plastic for a wide range of industries. It is also possible to produce FDA-registered products for medical customers.

Rotational Molding: Produces rotationally molded precision components for a wide range of industries. This includes fenders and buoys for the maritime industry.

Blow Molding: Produces blow-molded precision components in plastic for medical customers. The business area is also a manufacturer of packaging for FDA-registered products within the pharmaceutical and medical industries.

3D Printing and Processing: Used for small series and zero-series, show models. Models of larger industrial plants can also be produced to visualize these.
