Exoskeletter ApS

With the new LiftSuit® version 2.0, which will be introduced in Q1 2022, a few changes and adjustments will be implemented, based on user feedback. The changes mainly affect the design, materials and components of the LiftSuit®, to increase comfort and improve ease of use. The overall concept and support remain unchanged.

The LiftSuit is a lightweight (<0.9 kg), textile exoskeleton that supports back and lower back muscles when lifting objects from below hip height or when working in a forward bending position. It is designed to reduce workload, muscle fatigue and exhaustion.

LiftSuit is a unique versatile support system that provides support to users' back and lower back muscles whenever and wherever they need it. As a portable exoskeleton worn as clothing, it can be used in many situations where traditional means such as cranes or conveyor belts cannot be used, e.g. inside airplanes or buildings.

How it works?

The LiftSuit acts as a set of additional, external muscles to relieve back and hip muscles while lifting as well as working in a forward bent position. Integrated, specially developed textile springs store energy, which is then used to support the user. The solution offers a user-friendly, small and light support system that users can carry without being restricted. Users can manually enable, disable and adjust the support as needed.

If you want to know whether exoskeletons are a possible solution to your challenges in production, we would very much like to help you further.

If you run a business in the manufacturing or construction industry and your employees may be exposed to heavy, one-sided and repetitive work tasks: day after day they handle materials, carry tools, or work with bent backs or raised arms. They get tired, which can limit their productivity, and some workers can even get injured
