JKS was originally a small shipyard located in the Western part of Jutland – but ever since the company was founded in 1995, it has experienced a rapid growth and has now become the leading staffing and recruitment agency in Denmark. Today, we are specialized in providing companies with highly qualified employees within all industries and on all levels.

JKS is divided into three divisions: JKS Staffing, JKS Career and JKS Professionals.

JKS Staffing is our division for temporary staffing solutions. We provide skilled as well as non-skilled workers for both short and long-term temporary employment. We can be of assistance for day-to-day staffing or as a strategic partner who handles a certain part of your total staffing needs.

JKS Career offers recruitment services for permanent positions as well as other HR related services such as onboarding, assessment, outplacement. We can handle either a part of the recruitment process or the entire process from preparing a candidate profile to the rejection process. All depending on your needs and requirements. We vouch for the quality of our candidates, and we guarantee that we find the right candidate.

JKS Professionals provides highly specialized freelancers assigned for short- or long-term projects. By hiring a freelance consultant, you get access to skills and competencies that are not normally available in your company, and which are extremely difficult to attract for permanent employment. We have freelancers within IT, Finance and Engineering.

JKS Group also has offices in Norway and Sweden. Furthermore, Assistance HR Partners who provides kitchen and canteen staff is also a part of the JKS Group.
