In April 2023, Ravnsgaard Metal established the company KSM Group A/S, with the aim of taking over operations after the bankrupt Kurt Sørensen Maskinfabrik A/S in Randers.
Included in the takeover is the subsidiary KSM Poland Sp. Z. o.o.
Ravnsgaard Metal thus has activities at three sites: Herning, Randers and Legnica.
