What is the International FOOD Contest?
At IFC, dairy products are assessed and exhibited – along with the exhibition of the latest in machinery, packaging, and equipment with a focus on the food industry. IFC is:
- International FOOD Contest is where the dairy industries of many nations present their products
- Danish championships awarded within the participating food categories
- Events featuring food
- Special events, lectures and presentations
The events has grown to obtain great international awareness. During the latest exhibition approx. 1,500 products from 15 countries in Europe and overseas, were registered to compete.
International FOOD Contest is a hosted by: The Danish Dairy Board, Association of Danish privately owned dairies, Danish cheese & butter Association, Danish Dairy Managers Accociation, in collaboration with MCH.
