International Food Contest is the entire food industry's meeting place, and the exhibition takes place in connection with hi Tech & Industry Scandinavia. IFC is about is about networking, new products, technologies and machinery for all of the food industry.
This year, International Food Contest will focus mainly on DAIRY PRODUCTS and the INTERNATIONAL IFC WATER CONGRESS. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions it may prove difficult to handle the traditional product sampling. Plans are being made to enable taste sample hand-outs of the products exhibited in a safe way.
International Food Contest is a competition and exhibition of dairy products, along side the exhibition of the newest machinery, packaging and equipment from the food industry. IFC consists of:
Apart from the opening ceremony and the prestigious presentation of prizes, the scene will also be used for activities as for instance presentations by the dairies, exhibitors or others with a good story to tell.
"Food" (all food product groups except pure dairy products) will be back in connection with FoodTech 2022.
The events has grown to obtain great international awareness. During the latest exhibition approx. 1,500 products from 15 countries in Europe and overseas, were registered to compete.
International FOOD Contest is a hosted by: The Danish Dairy Board, Association of Danish privately owned dairies, Danish cheese & butter Association, Danish Dairy Managers Accociation, in collaboration with MCH.
Contemporary with International Food Contest at hi you can also experience the international conference, IFC Water Congress. Here will speakers bring sustainable water consumption in the food industry into focus.
