The exhibition attracts food professionals from all over the world and is thus a perfect opportunity for technology manufacturers to get in touch with highly qualified decision-makers and new prospects in the food industry. For dairy and food professionals, the HI trade fair is a veritable Mecca of technologies that can be used across industries. They come to network and exchange ideas, among other things, on new production methods and technologies.
